Inclusive of the front porch, this plan is almost 1500 sq. feet making it a fairly good-sized house for 1910. It has six rooms not counting the bathroom: two bedrooms, a breakfast room, kitchen, living room, and dining room. It has built-in cabinetry in the kitchen and dining room; and colonnades, wainscot, and beamed ceilings in the living and dining rooms; and a modern floor plan. It could easily have served as a three bedroom by repurposing the breakfast room.
