Of Wilson's bungalow house plans, it's difficult to imagine one with more charm than the tiny No. 465 model with about 800 sq. ft. Though diminutive (in Wilson's words), this plan has a breakfast porch, living room, dining room, and a small, but functional bathroom. In the dining room, there is a built-in "sanitary wall bed" which would be ideal for overnight guests. (Note the pierced vertical boards on the porch railing for a "swiss" effect.)
