A large chimney balanced with a large porch creates a pleasing asymmetrical harmony in this home's facade. It's a sizable house with three big bedrooms upstairs (one of which has a fireplace) and a screened sleeping porch. Downstairs, in addition to the usual rooms, there is a breakfast room and additional lavatory next to the kitchen. A bookcase colonnade separates the living room from the dining room.
