No. 463 in the Wilson Bungalow Book is a very attractive house. It has a wonderful front porch with clustered columns that makes an ideal outdoor living space. There is a large living room, and dining room with beamed ceilings and wainscot, and a trio of fireplaces in the dining room, living room, and what is labeled as the breakfast room. (In the text, however, Wilson calls it a den, which makes more sense since there is no access from the kitchen.) There is a shared Jack and Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms and a WC just off the back porch, which was a common configuration in 1910. Diamond-paned casements in the livingroom bay window combine with half timbering and stucco to add a handsome effect to the forward gable.
