The mid-1930s in home design shows a number of plan books with much smaller houses and simpler amenities than in previous years. The homes in this GVT catalog were considerably reduced as the company struggled to remain a going concern. This home is just under 700 square feet, but manages two bedrooms and a dining alcove, good flow, and a modern appearance.
