The Claymont
1940 Pre-WWII Homes by Gordon Van Tine Co.
This plan has a very simple layout but it's functional by any standard. The garage is attached to the house with direct access to the kitchen. A circular flow on the main floor makes movement easy from one room to the next. Though its described as a Cape Cod, that description doesn't really define this transitional Colonial style home.
