The Brandon
1940 Pre-WWII Homes by Gordon Van Tine Co.
The Brandon is one of the last bungalows offered by Gordon Van Tine. All of the craftsman-style details are gone from this plan, but the forward gabled dormer, wide porch, and bungalow floor plan remain. With its close eaves, it's a modern interpretation of an American classic. And with four bedrooms and an eat-in kitchen, there was plenty of room.
