This bungalow plan has a somewhat formal layout with an entry hall. Other cottage-y details include the bay windows with diamond panes, but the modern Craftsman influence is also pronounced. The front bedroom, like many Stillwell plans, is a flexible space where one might conduct one's business or simply use as a den. The long hallway provides good room flow even if it does chew up a fair amount of real estate. The living room and dining room are fairly large and well appointed. The rooms are easily closed off though marking this as a more traditional "closed" floor plan than the open plan associated with the modern bungalow.
