Designed with an exterior finish of cement plaster and a tile roof, this house was more modern and eclectic than many of the Craftsman style bungalows of the same period. It has a distinctively Mediterranean look with its classical columns, wood balustrade, and casement windows. The line of sight from the living room to the dining room is a full 40 feet. We don't particularly like the layout, but with a few small modifications, it could be easily improved.
