It doesn't look at all large ... in fact it looks fairly small from the street. Despite its unprepossessing exterior, this design has at least 2000 sf. As for amenities, the living room alone is 27'x 17' making it one of the larger houses in the book. It has two full bathrooms and room for the maid ... this was clearly designed to impress quietly.
