The Dayton was offered during the 1930s by Sears Roebuck. It's a more vernacular style reminiscent of the early 20th century wing and gable farmhouses. From the front, the facade is simple and spare. A wall dormer on one side provides the head room necessary for the second floor bath. Though small at about 1000 sq. ft., it's a style that is timeless in its charm.
