The Newbury
1936 Sears Roebuck Modern Homes
The Newbury is a modified Dutch Colonial Revival. It's side-gabled with a flattened gambrel roof that sweeps out to shelter the full-width front porch. Shed dormers in front and back add space to the second floor. It's a traditional plan with a formal entry that separates the living room from the dining room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and full bath.
