The Kelton is a cute eclectic cottage plan that had just enough space (728 sq. ft.) to accommodate a young family in 1930. It presages the minimal traditional style that would be popular until after WWII. Like the English style, it has a cat slide forward gable but with lower pitch. The traditional boxy-ness echoes the Colonial Revival or Cape Cod.
