1922 Ray H. Bennett Lumber Company
The Rochester is vernacular with a few bungalow elements, a flexible plan, and an attractive facade. The costs for the Bennett plans are not published in the 1922 catalog, but our guess is this plan was popular both for its simplicity and economy.
