The Lancaster was a popular Bennett plan and it's easy to see why. It's a Craftsman style with a well-proportioned shed dormer that made for a nice forward bedroom upstairs, rustic clinker brick chimney, and stone porch. It has three large bedrooms (by 1920s standards) and bath upstairs. Downstairs the circular floor plan makes room flow convenient. The service entry is toward the front of the house with easy access to the pantry.
