The Clarendon
1922 Ray H. Bennett Lumber Company
The Clarendon is a classic Dutch Colonial Revival. The gambrel roof is the defining characteristic of this type of home, but the segmental hood over the entry and the almost Chippendale character of the porch and deck railings add extra panache. There is a large formal entrance hall and convenient floor plan with easy flow throughout the house.
