No. 264B199, later named the Edgemere, is a small house by any standard. A pretty little home, its design may have been influenced by European craftmen with its cross-gabled roof and ridge finials. One can see it painted Falun red with white trim and masses of geraniums in the window boxes. It has two small bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The modest living spaces on the main floor would benefit from built-ins to maximize storage and space.
