The Pinehurst

1925 J. C. Simpson Lumber Co. Brochure,
Published by William A. RAdford Co.

We can't imagine a summer house with better cross-ventilation than the Pinehurst. It's something of an oddity with an unsusual roof and cross-shaped layout, but it would look pretty cool in a rustic setting. There's an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, one bath and a large living room with French doors opening to an outdoor porch. The fireplace is an inglenook with built-in seats flanking the mantel.
