The Hewitt is not a big house but it has a big street facing presence and seems considerably larger than it actually is. It's only about a 1000 sf with rather small bedrooms with most of its space dedicated to the living and dining rooms which are quite large for a house this size. This plan also has a full basement, attic storage some of which could be converted to bedrooms if desired, and a walk-in pantry.
