The Binford is a tidy 1145 sf plan with a large livingroom and lots of windows. A small alcove is just big enough for a small armchair and lamp to create a cozy reading corner, though we'd use it as an office if we had a nice garden view. Like many small houses designed during the 1920s, there is no dining room, but a nook offers a pleasant space to share meals. We'd label this a Modern English Cottage due to the arched entry, marked roof pitch, and stucco siding.
