The Ballard
1928 Distinctive Homes by Matot Construction
The Ballard is almost a mirror image of the Haydon. The attached garage and access to the kitchen is very similar. The livingroom in the Ballard has the fireplace and chimney placed on the wall adjacent to the entry, though we've always thought that was an odd placement. It's still a charming house with the casements, brick chimney, and shingled siding.
