1912 Los Angeles InVestment Co. — Practical Bungalows
This small California bungalow may look small but actually packs a lot into just under 1200 sq. feet. It was designed with a number of features that are pretty darned cool like the pergola porch accessible through french doors off the breakfast, dining, and living rooms. Though just two bedrooms and one bath, the den with its fireplace was designed to accommodate a disappearing bed that by day was a built-in seat with full size bed that pulled out at night. And as always, we are suckers for lots of casement windows.
