When the 1918 catalog was published this style of small bungalow was typically described as "rustic" or "artistic." At about 1000 square feet, it would be considered a tiny house by today's standards, but with its Craftsman-style detail and downsized price and footprint, it would have buyers lining up around the corner for a chance to creatively reduce their lifestyle in such a cozy way. The shared Jack-and-Jill bath is accessible through the bedrooms and was a common feature seen in small house plans of the 'Teens.
