from Pacific's Book of Homes — Pacific Ready Built Homes
In addition to single family homes, Pacific Ready Cut Homes included a range of duplexes that ranged in size from tiny studios to two-bedroom units. No. 236 was a single bedroom style, but it also had a bed closet. Behind French doors in the living room, one could store a second bed for children or an over night guest. The built-ins included streamlined the need for furniture.
