1908 Western Home Builder — V. W. Voorhees of Seattle

The grand Tudor style was incorporated into country mansions and townhouses across the US during the later 19th and early 20th centuries. A library with direct access from the reception hall and outside would certainly have appealed to any professional business man, lawyer, or doctor with a consulting business from home. Upstairs, the house is big enough to accommodate a large family with room in the attic for storage and the domestic help that would have been needed in running this home.
