Design No. 619

from the Telegram Plan Book — Portland, Oregon

Cape Cod style houses became extremely popular during the 1920s and into the 1940s. Millions were built across the US. The standard configuration was living room, dining room, and kitchen on the main floor with two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. This plan shows a bath and bedroom on the main floor—a very desirable configuration—with a half bath upstairs.
