1908 Western Home Builder — V. W. Voorhees of Seattle

Square plans were considered by some designers to be an excellent shape for a bungalow because they lent themselves to maximum size at an affordable cost. This plan has a rather grand porch that wraps from the side across the front. The eyebrow window and flared piers are distinctive details. Much space is allocated to a wide hall. We'd eliminate the front most bedroom in favor of creating a den or music room.
