This small story-and-a-half Craftsman is representative of many of Voorhees' early house plans. It incorporates Craftsman, Tudor, and traditional cottage details making a somewhat eclectic statement. The plan itself is simple and typical of the period; however, it has some thoughtful elements that we particularly like including a generous hall with a built-in seat and the split stairway with its window that would have flooded the entry with light. In fact, though typical, about the only detail we would change would be the pantry access to the dining room.
