1926 Portland Homes Plan Book by Universal Plan Service
With three bedrooms, this is one of the larger plans in the Portland Homes book. The living room is very large, which is a good thing. We imagine that combining kitchen and breakfast nook would have been necessary to accommodate the essential refrigerator during the 1930s. The style is Modern English by virtue of the chimney and facing entry gable ... but just barely.
