1926 Portland Homes Plan Book by Universal Plan Service
Revivals came in many flavors. The most popular were English, but others like French Eclectic, Spanish, and Mediterranean were also available. This house plan is genuinely eclectic with a modern appearance with a hint of the Mediterranean that would have fit in well in any LA or Florida neighborhood. We like the enclosed court and multi-purpose breakfast room.
