Borrowing from the Prairie School, the windows on this small bungalow are set in ribbons on either side of the entry. The lapped siding and symmetry give it a slightly traditional air and probably won over its share of buyers.
Though tiny at 780 sq. ft., it has a functional floor plan. The full width of the house from dining room to living room is a full thirty feet. The kitchen has its own service entrance and accesses the dining room through a small pantry. A small hallway off the living room provides access to the two bedrooms and bath.
