It might be little, but this traditional style plan offers most of the essential amenities desired by middle-class home buyers of the 1920s. With windows on three sides the livingroom/library combination room would have appealed to many for its functionality. A breakfast nook is between the kitchen and dining room. Two well-lit bedrooms and bath complete the basics. This plan would have been ideal for a long, narrow city or suburban lot. A tiny central hallway makes access to most rooms easy without wasting space.
