With a forward facing gambrel gable that looks like the English gable hood seen on Henry the VIII's hapless wives, the Marquette has ample character. It's a small house with just two bedrooms, but the larger of the two were certainly adequate for a small family. Window seats in the the hipped dormers, and generous (for the period) storage space were a couple of this plans attractions.
