The Daytona

When you do the math, the Daytona is only 676 square feet, but for one or two people, it's a great little house. Because the dining room and living room open into each other the space is not as miniscule as it might seem. One bedroom and one bath make it snug, but the number of windows would flood the interior with abundant natural light. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in charm.
