Many oddly shaped rooms comprise this plan. The primary entrance leads into the reception hall, while a secondary entry leads into the dining room. A third to the kitchen is at the rear of the building. Queen Anne elements include the turreted tower, brackets, pendants, and balustrades. Four bedrooms and a bath complete the second floor. Design No. 7075 appears in Radford's Artistic Homes published in 1908 by the The Radford Architectural Company.
