No. 7023 is an interesting house. Two-story with a large porch that wraps the living room on three sides, this house looks like an experimental design. The entry opens directly into the dining room. Passing into the living room, the inglenook and fireplace are clustered in the center of the house. The staircase to the second floor curves slightly around the inglenook. There are three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is no bathroom, which is odd for a house this size in 1908.
