Though the small Spanish Eclectic style homes could be found across the US, especially in the South, no where were they more popular than in California. Stucco siding, a tile roof, and a little decorative ornamentation went a long way toward creating a modern and stylish home for the denizens of the Los Angeles area during the 1920s.
