Building with Assurance

by The Morgan Woodwork Organization, 1923

Morgan Sash & Door Company of Chicago provided builders with doors, windows, and trim from the early 1900s to the middle of the 20th century. During its heyday (1908 to 1930), Morgan advertised their products in House Beautiful and Gustav Stickley's "The Craftsman" and in 1924 offered their catalog "Building With Assurance" which included house plans in addition to their wood products.

We're publishing a few of the house plans for fun, but look for door and window styles and trim work that were typical of the 1920s in our Interior and Exterior directories in the near future.
