Morgan provides another eclectic home in Plan No. 40-A. An open floor plan borrows from the bungalow, but the overall style appears more traditional. In any case, accordian-fold French doors separate the living room from the dining porch. A full complement of casement windows would make for an airy, bright living space much of the year. Two bedrooms and a sleeping porch on the main floor with two more bedrooms and a bath on the second floor make this a good-sized house. About the only thing standing between this plan and 21st century convenience is a bathroom on the main floor.
