The Hobson as described is an unusually combination of stone, brick, stucco, and slate, which was seen on the Cotswold English style houses that were so popular during the late 1920s. This is not a large house, being but 1200 sq. ft. approximately, but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in curb appeal.
