The Erlin
1929 Home Builders Catalog
The Dutch Colonial Erlin has a steep gambrel roof that is distinctly flared. Symmetrically placed inset gabled dormers balance the upper story. It's well appointed with a bath upstairs and a half-bath next to the kitchen, a sun room, and a nursery just off the large bedroom, which could easily be converted into a master bathroom.
