The Davenport is a marvelous house. The skintled brick work, quoined corners, and steeply pitched roof, combine to create a handsome English Revival facade. Inside amenities abound including a dumb waiter, laundry chute, and one and a half bathrooms. It's the forward upstairs bedroom that we love though ... we love the arched, diamond-paned windows.
