The Modern English style characterizes the Drew. The sharp, almost Gothic effect of the facing gable with its half round windows and the flanking shed dormers on either side create a strong symmetry that is reinforced by the tall French casement window doors on the main floor. Inside the plan is well considered with a powder room off the entry and lots of light and cross ventilation through out.
