1915 by Hewitt-Lea-Funck Company of Seattle, Washington
This plan was designed specifically for Dr. Gudger of Silver City, New Mexico. Though just a one-bedroom plan, it is by no means lacking in amenities having a rather nice breakfast room, sleeping porch, and modern open floor plan. The footprint was about 1700 square feet, which was fairly large for a 1910s bungalow.
