This plan has the fine detail of a classic bungalow inside and out. The fireplace is located on an inside wall with a built-in bench nearby. The dining room has beamed ceilings. The two bedrooms and bath are separated from the living rooms by a hall along one side of the plan. The placement of the stairway to the basement is close to the kitchen but located in the hall rather than the kitchen itself.
