This plan is indistinguishable from the three bedroom, one bath floor plan of many Foursquare houses. However, instead of the pyramidal roof this has many characteristics of a two-story craftsman-style bungalow including the porch, exposed rafters, and knee braces. The facade is essentially symmetrical with an unusual shed-roofed wall dormer.
