This plan is smaller but similar to Plan 7175. Unlike the other plan, this is smaller and more compact but still retains the three bedrooms and single bath upstairs. Space is somewhat better used though we might argue with the more expensive placement of the bathroom. It has an older style reception hall but open vista from living room to the dining room. The kitchen is larger and the pantry also carries over some of the character of earlier Queen Anne layouts.
