1918 American Modern Homes by the C. L. Bowes Co.

This pretty house plan is appealing to anyone who loves a small bungalow. Stairs up to the attic and down to the cellar provide access to necessary storage space. Three bedrooms and a bath afford enough privacy for family members to have room to be civilized. The living and dining rooms are relatively large for such a small house and certainly the wash room (upper left-hand corner of the plan) would have appealed to a homemaker wanting to avoid hauling a heavy basket of wet laundry up from the cellar.
