This bungalow plan is unusual in its essential layout. It has 1320 sf more or less and not a single designated bedroom. Instead it has four hidden beds and closet and drawer space apportioned to each of the four rooms, which are instead labeled as den, library, living room, and dining room. It's an American take on a Japanese concept of putting away your sleeping mats away when not in use.
