The Bungalowcraft Company C. 1913
Billed in the catalog as an "inexpensive, snug little California house" this design clearly shows the ranch style antecedents that would be so popular a half century later. Like many plans of this period, it has the Jack-and-Jill bathroom in the four-room plan, but dispenses with the bathroom entirely in the three-room plan.
